Green figs filled with cheese

  • preserved green figs


Drain preserved whole green figs and cut a cross in the bottom of each fig. Press open slightly and insert a cube of Colchester cheese into each opening. Press the fig to close the opening and place on a baking sheet. Grill until warm and serve with biscuits.
