500.00 g green beans — sliced
25.00 ml margarine
1.00 onion — finely chopped
10.00 ml paprika
15.00 ml flour — cake
250.00 ml sour cream
2.00 ml salt

Method:

Boil the beans in salted water until just tender. Drain well.
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and sauté; the onion until tender. Add the paprika and cake flour and stir-fry for one minute.
Add small quantities of the sour cream while stirring continuously. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Add a little milk if the sauce is too thick.
Pour the sauce over the green beans and serve hot.
