Green bean salad

Ingredients

  • young green beans, topped and tailed
  • 125
    ml
    sunflower seeds
  • 15
    ml
    oil
  • 125
    ml
    soy sauce
 

Method

 
Blanch the beans for a few minutes in boiling salted water and refresh them in cold water. Fry the sunflower seeds lightly in the oil until just golden (be careful as they burn easily). Add the soy sauce (be careful, it may splatter) and pour the sauce over the beans.
