Ingredients (9)

lettuce — or endive leaves, shredded
6.00 tomatoes — cubed
1.00 cucumber — peeled, cubed
175.00 g feta cheese — cubed
100.00 g black olives
fresh marjoram
SALAD DRESSING
15.00 ml lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
45.00 ml fresh chillies — 573

Method:

Line a shallow serving dish with the lettuce or endive leaves.
Put the cubed tomatoes, cucumber and cheese on the bed of lettuce and scatter the olives over.
Make the salad dressing by combining the lemon juice, salt pepper and olive oil together, shake well in a screw-top jar.
Pour the dressing over the salad and scatter the marjoram leaves, mixing lightly.
