Greek feta salad

Ingredients

  • 2
    small lettuces, rinsed and patted dry
  • 3
    tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1
    green pepper, sliced into strips
  • half a cucumber, cubed
  • 200
    g
    feta cheese
  • 1
    small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 12
    black olives
  • DRESSING
  • 60
    ml
    olive oil
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 5
    ml
    fresh oregano, chopped
  • lemon wedges
 

Method

 
Tear the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and put into a large bowl.
Add the tomatoes, green pepper and cucumber.
Crumble the feta cheese in the centre.
Arrange the onion slices and olives on top.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing and spoon over before serving with lemon wedges.
