Ingredients (10)

g butter beans — tinned in tomato sauce
2.00 tomatoes — cut into wedges
1.00 red onion — sliced into rings
200.00 g olives — black, drained
30.00 ml fresh basil — chopped
SALAD DRESSING
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
45.00 ml lemon juice
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
15.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Gently mix all the salad ingredients. Blend the ingredients for the salad dressing and pour over the salad. Leave for a few hours before serving.
Serves 4.
