Great-tasting chicken

Ingredients

    ml
    cake flour
  • 10
    ml
    each salt, pepper, Aromat and curry powder
  • 1
    large chicken, left whole or cut into portions
  • 20
    ml
    butter
  • 20
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • 4
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 250
    g
    chicken livers
  • 50
    ml
    vinegar
  • 25
    ml
    sugar
  • 1/2 a pineapple, chopped
 

Method

40 minutes
 

Mix the flour and seasoning together.
Spread it all over the chicken.
Heat the butter and oil in a large saucepan and sauté the garlic and green pepper until soft.
Add the chicken and chicken livers to the pan and fry over a gentle heat until the chicken is browned.
Add the vinegar, sugar and pineapple to the pan and simmer gently until the chicken is tender.
