Great ideas with spuds: wedges

Serving Change
  • potatoes
  • paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • mayonnaise to serve


Cut large, cooked jacket potatoes into thick wedges. Sprinkle with a mixture of paprika, cayenne pepper, a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste, Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 220 ºC until crisp and golden brown. Serve with mayonnaise.
