  • jacket potatoes
  • butter
  • onions
  • garlic
  • cream
  • salt and black pepper


Slice cooked, cooled jacket potatoes into thick slices and slowly pan-fry in butter along with sliced onions and garlic. Drizzle with cream, simmer until it forms a thick sauce and season with salt and coarsely round black pepper. Serve immediately.
