  • medium-sized potatoes
  • bay leaves
  • olive oil
  • coarse salt
 

Method

 
Make a deep diagonal slash in the middle of medium-sized raw potatoes and insert a bay leaf in each gash. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Oven-roast at 200 ºC until cooked and crisp.
