Ingredients (8)

500.00 ml cream
250.00 ml grape juice
75.00 ml castor sugar
lemon juice — to taste
CRYSTALLISED GRAPES
125.00 ml water
250.00 ml sugar
grapes — black
sugar

Method:

Stir cream, grape juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice to taste, pour into a freezer tray and freeze overnight.
CRYSTALLISED GRAPES: Heat water and sugar to make a syrup. Place whole black grapes in syrup, turn to coat completely, then allow excess to drain off.
Sprinkle grapes immediately with sugar. Place on a platter and set aside until syrup hardens.
Serve ice cream with crystallised grapes.
