    ml
    thick natural yoghurt
  • 300
    ml
    chilled water
  • 6
    granadillas, pulp
  • 5
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 2
    ml
    cumin seeds, toasted
  • ice cubes
  • 1
    extra granadilla, pulp, to serve
 

Method

 
Blend yoghurt, water, granadilla pulp and castor sugar in a blender for 30 seconds. Add cumin and blend for 1 minute. Fill a jug with ice cubes and pour lassi over. Serve in tall glasses, decorated with granadilla pulp.
