Granadilla ice cream

    Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk, chilled
  • 397
    g
    full cream sweetened Nestlé condensed milk
  • 125
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 310
    g
    thick cream
  • 115
    g
    granadilla pulp
  • extra granadilla pulp for serving
 

Method

 
Beat all the ingredients except the extra granadilla pulp together until well blended. Pour into a 1,5 litre container and freeze until nearly frozen. Beat well and freeze until hard. (Beat the ice cream a few times during the freezing process to break up the ice crystals). Remove the ice cream from the freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving and top with the extra granadilla pulp.
