    Gorgonzola cheese, sliced
  • 1
    large bunch
    white grapes, cut into smaller bunches
  • 1
    large bunch
    red grapes, cut into smaller bunches
  • 50
    ml
    honey
  • 50
    g
    walnuts, toasted
 

Method

 
Divide the Gorgonzola slices and bunches of white and red grapes among four plates. Drizzle the cheese with the honey and scatter a few toasted walnuts on top. Serve with sherry.
