Drumsticks:

12	chicken — drumsticks
125 ml	mayonnaise
200 ml	breadcrumbs

Herb mayo:

200 ml	mayonnaise
10 ml	fresh parsley — chopped
10 ml	fresh chives — chopped
5 ml	dried tarragon
80 ml	nestlé dessert cream

Method:

Mix mayonnaise ingredients together

Toss the chicken in Mayonnaise, and then in breadcrumbs.
Place on a greased oven tray and bake for 45minutes, until cooked and golden.
Combine Herb Mayo ingredients and serve with chicken as a dipping sauce.
