Ingredients (7)

2.00 bread — crisp white rolls
1.00 tomatoes — sliced
125.00 g goat's milk cheese
8.00 olives — black, pitted
2.00 ml fresh thyme — chopped
5.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Halve and toast rolls. Top each with tomato, cheese and olives.
Place under grill for 2 minutes or until golden.
Sprinkle with a little freshly chopped thyme, drizzle over olive oil and season with pepper.
Serve immediately.
