Ingredients (15)

360.00 ml brown rice flour
85.00 soya flour — or chickpea flour
8.00 Bicarbonate of soda
10.00 salt
5.00 ml dried oregano
1.00 cumin — ground
5.00 coriander — ground
250.00 apple juice
1.00 onion — finely chopped
65.00 sunflower oil
30.00 lemon juice
30.00 ml tahini — or ground sesame seeds
15.00 Goldcrest Pure Honey
2.00 eggs — large
30.00 ml mixed seeds

Method:

1. Combine the two types of flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, origanum and spices in a large bowl.

2. Blend the remaining ingredients, except the seeds, in a food processor until smooth.

3. Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Don’t over-mix. Pour into individual greased mini-bread tins and sprinkle with the seeds. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
