    brown rice flour

    soya or chickpea flour

    bicarbonate of soda

    dried origanum

    ground cumin
  • 5

    ground coriander
  • 250
    ml
    unsweetened fresh apple juice

    large onion, finely chopped

    sun flower oil

    lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    tahini paste or ground sesame seeds
  • 15
    ml
    honey
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 30

    mixed seeds (poppy seeds, sunflower seeds or sesame seeds)
 

Method

1. Combine the two types of flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, origanum and spices in a large bowl.
2. Blend the remaining ingredients, except the seeds, in a food processor until smooth.
3. Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Don't over-mix. Pour into individual greased mini-bread tins and sprinkle with the seeds. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
