Preheat oven to 190 °C.
Grease, oil, or spray a cookie sheet lightly.
Mix all the ingredients together. Magically, the mixture will 'set' a bit which allows you to scoop it out with a spoon and roll it into balls. Press down with a fork and bake +- 12 – 14 Minutes.
Cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing; the cookies are a bit fragile until cooled.
