Glazed stilton with nuts

  • 500
    ml
    full-cream sherry
  • 250
    ml
    sugar
  • 100
    g
    walnuts
  • 1
    big wedge of Stilton (or Roquefort) cheese
 

Method

 
Place sherry and sugar in a pan over high heat and reduce to a thick pouring consistency.
Stir in the nuts.
Cut the cheese into wedges and pour the glaze over.
