Glazed almonds

  • 200
    g
    blanched almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts or macadamia nuts
  • olive oil
  • salt
 

Method

 
1. Spread almonds or other nuts on a baking sheet. Toast until light brown for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 ºC. 2. Remove, and when cool enough to handle, rub nuts between the palms of the hands previously moistened with olive oil and salt. 3. Serve immediately.
