2. Thread the sausages, potatoes,
pepper and tomatoes onto wooden
skewers. Place on a greased
baking tray and brush with the
glaze. Cook under a medium-hot
grill for 12 to 15 minutes, or until
cooked through. Turn and baste
halfway through the cooking time
to brown both sides. Serve with
rice or salad.
Variation Use soya sausages for
a vegetarian version.
