    cm
    fresh ginger
  • 1 small
    handful
    parsley
  • 2
    wedges of lemon
 

Method

5 minutes
 
Peel the ginger and chop it into thin slices.
Divide the ginger, parsley and lemon juice into 2 cups and fill with just boiled water.
Let it steep for five minutes before drinking.
You can make a large jug and keep it in the fridge once it has cooled, but make sure to make a fresh one each day.
