  • readymade ginger or Boston loaf
  • brandy (optional)
  • readymade custard
  • slivered almonds
  • cherries to garnish


10 minutes
Buy a readymade ginger or Boston loaf.
Cut into cubes and half-fill individual dishes or glasses with cake.
Drizzle with a little brandy if desired.
Top with readymade custard, sprinkle with slivered almonds and garnish with a cherry.
