    ice cubes
  • 5
    cm
    ginger - thinly sliced
  • 1
    handful
    chopped mint leaves
  • 1
    cup
    brandy (optional)
  • 2
    l
    PnP ginger beer
 

Method

 Place a few handfuls of ice into a large jar or jug. Add ginger, mint leaves and brandy and stir well.
 
Top up with ginger beer and serve with a ladle.
