30.00 ml lemon juice
10.00 ml castor sugar
1.00 eggs — egg whites

Method:

Refreshing gin fizz will keep your guests happy on a hot day.
Fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, lemon juice and castor sugar.
Add a dash of egg white and shake vigorously.
Pour into sugar-rimmed glass.
