5.00 ml salt
15.00 ml coriander — ground
50.00 ml lemon juice
1.00 kg lamb — rib

Method:

Mix the salt, coriander and lemon juice and spread the mixture over the entire ribbetjie. Grill over medium coals or under a preheated element for about 20 minutes or until tender and done. Spread the ribbetjie with the remaining lemon mixture while it’s cooking. Serve with pot bread and a salad.
Serves 6.
