  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 15
    ml
    ground coriander
  • 50
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 1
    kg
    lamsribbetjie (lamb's rib)
 

Method

 
Mix the salt, coriander and lemon juice and spread the mixture over the entire ribbetjie. Grill over medium coals or under a preheated element for about 20 minutes or until tender and done. Spread the ribbetjie with the remaining lemon mixture while it's cooking. Serve with pot bread and a salad. Serves 6.
