100.00 ml olyfolie
0.00 sap van 1 suurlemoen
1.00 garlic — finely chopped
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Kook die boerbone vir 4 minute in kookwater.
Verwyder die peul.
Sny die tamaties in die helfte en druk versigtig die putte en sap uit
Ontpit olywe as jy wil; dit is nie nodig nie, maar maak dit net makliker om te eet.
Kook water in ‘n kastrol (onthou om ‘n bietjie olie en sout by te voeg).
Rasper die deeg oor die kookwater.
Laat letterlik vir 1 minuut kook.
Gooi deur ‘n sif en dan ontmiddelik in ‘n bak, en sprinkel olyfolie oor om dit net te bedek.
Wanneer afgekoel, roer dit versigtig met ‘n vurk.
Meng al de bestanddele nou saam, geur met sout en peper en sit voor.
