    onion, peeled and cubed

    left over cooked leg of lamb or more (you can also use pork, chicken, turkey, etc.)

    peeled potatoes, cubed, and cooked in salted water for 15 minutes

    cleaned and sliced mushrooms or any other vegetables
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

    fresh thyme

Heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat in a large sauce pan. Add the onion and sugar and fry until brown and caramelized.

Add the garlic, leg of lamb (or any other left-over meat), par-cooked potatoes and veggies and season with salt and pepper. Fry till cooked through.

Add the thyme leaves and serve hot!
