1. Kook baba-aartappels in soutwater tot net- net gaar en dreineer.
2. Plaas 600 g visfilette in 'n gesmeerde oondskottel. Druk baba-aartappels tussen visfilette in. Sprinkel 250 g kersietamaties asook 250 g gesnyde murgpampoentjies bo-oor. Drup 60 ml olyfolie bo-oor asook 30 ml balsamiese asyn en geur met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper. Bak in 'n voorverhitte oond teen 200 ºC vir sowat 20 - 25 minute. Sit voor saam met 'n groen slaai en indien verkies 'n Franse brood om die pansouse mee op te vee.
