300.00 g strooisuiker
3.00 condensed milk
9.00 eggs
500.00 ml yoghurt — Bulgarian

Method:

Verhit jou oond tot 180 grade C. Smelt strooisuiker in pan tot ligte karamel. Gooi in ‘n groot ringpan.

Klits die res van die bestanddele saam in ‘n elektriese menger en gooi bo-oor die karamel.

Plaas pan in ‘n groot oondbak wat halfpad vol kookwater is. Bak vir 40 minute tot gestol.

Haal uit die waterbak en laat staan vir sowat 10 minute voor jy dit uitkeer. Van die karamel sal hard wees en onder in die pan vassit.

Wikkel die pan versigtig tot die harde karamel loskom, en plaas dit ook bo-op die poeding.
