    Camembertkaas

    Repies Spek
  • 2
    Knoffelhuisies
  • Olyfolie
  • 2

Method

 

Draai die rand van die camembertkaas toe met die spek.

Steek die spek vas met tandestokkies.

Plaas die kaas in n` oondbak en maak twee snye in die kaas.

Druk die knoffelhuisies daarin.

Sprinkel n` klein bietjie olyfolie oor en plaas die vars tiemietakkies bo-op.

Sit dit in n` warm oond teen 180 graad C vir sowat 15- 20 minute.

Die kaas sal bo oopbars en baie loperig wees.
