Garlic mussels

    black mussels, cleaned and steamed open
  • 170
    ml
    butter
  • 85
    ml
    olive oil
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • milled black pepper
  • 15
    ml
    chopped parsley
  • 4
    cloves garlic, crushed
 

Method

 
Remove empty half shell from each mussel. Arrange mussels on half shells on a baking sheet. Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Warm, spoon over mussels and grill until bubbling, taking care not to burn them. Serve immediately. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 9 000 kJ (2 150 Cal). A portion: 1 500 kJ (360 Cal).
