Garlic mash

Ingredients

  • 5
    large potatoes, peeled and cooked
  • 125
    ml
    cream
  • 2
    cloves garlic, made into a paste
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

25 minutes
 
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher and stir in the cream and garlic.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with Roast pork with crackling.
