Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Sauté the onion and garlic in the heated oil until soft. Add the mince and stir-fry until done. Add the tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes. Prepare the lasagne pasta sauce according to the instructions on the packet and add to the mince mixture. Mix and simmer for about three minutes. Prepare the creamy white pasta sauce and pasta according to the instructions on the packets. Arrange layers of pasta and mince in a greased dish. Pour over the creamy white pasta sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Leave for 30 minutes before baking for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the dish is heated through. Serve with a salad. Serves 4-6.
