    castor sugar

    large eggs

    self-raising flour
  • ICING
  • 150
    g
    icing sugar
  • assorted sweets, to decorate
 

Method

 
Beat together butter and castor sugar until light. Add eggs and beat well. Fold in the flour. Place cupcake cases into the hollows of muffin tins. Spoon mixture into cases. Bake in a preheated 190 ºC oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until risen and golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on wire racks. ICING: Sift the icing sugar and stir in 10 ml boiling water. Spread icing on each cupcake and make faces using assorted sweets and decorations.
