300.00 g Marie biscuits — crsuhed
125.00 ml dates — chopped
180.00 ml glacé cherries — red, chopped
250.00 ml fruitcake mix — chopped
50.00 g pecan nuts — chopped
5.00 ml cinnamon — ground
1.00 ml nutmeg — ground
125.00 ml lemon juice
25.00 ml castor sugar
100.00 ml yoghurt — thick, natural
250.00 ml marshmallows — chopped

Method:

Grease a 1 litre loaf tin with butter or non-stick spray.
Line with baking paper.
Mix the biscuit crumbs, fruit, nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Heat the lemon juice, castor sugar and marshmallows until melted.Fold in the yoghurt.
Press the mixture into the prepared tin, cover and freeze.
