Fruity brulée

Ingredients

  • 2
    bananas
  • 2
    mangoes
  • 1
    punnet fresh cherries
  • 125
    ml
    granadilla juice
  • 180
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • dark-brown sugar
 

Method

 
Cube the bananas and mangoes. Add the cherries and granadilla juice.
Spoon the mixture into four glasses. Top with a thick layer of yoghurt and sprinkle with the sugar. Chill until sugar has softened.
