Ingredients (5)

1 cup fruit — chunks
PnP seedless raisins, and sultanas
4 dried apricots — soft, chopped
125 ml muesli — toasted
1 Tbs desiccated coconut
1 yoghurt — fruit flavoured

Method:

Divide fruit chunks between two bowls.

Mix dried fruit, muesli and coconut together and sprinkle on top of fruit chunks.

Top with yoghurt and serve with fruit juice.
