3.00 guavas — peeled
2.00 orange — segmented
12.00 strawberries
1.00 pineapple — peeled
Dip
500.00 ml yoghurt — low fat
1.00 orange — juice only
30.00 ml granadillas — pulp
10.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
10.00 ml lemon juice — fresh
30.00 ml castor sugar

Method:

Slice fruit into different shapes and make up small skewers.
Blend dip ingredients well and pour into individual bowls.
Alternatively pile fruit into separate bowls in the middle of the table and let guests skewer their own.
