Fruit salad skewers with granadilla pulp

    oranges, segmented

    strawberries

    pineapple, peeled
  • Dip
  • 500
    ml
    low fat yoghurt
  • 1
    orange, juice of
  • 30
    ml
    granadilla pulp
  • 10
    ml
    fresh ginger, grated
  • 10
    ml
    fresh lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    castor sugar
 

Method

 
Slice fruit into different shapes and make up small skewers.
Blend dip ingredients well and pour into individual bowls.
Alternatively pile fruit into separate bowls in the middle of the table and let guests skewer their own.
