Ingredients

    pineapple, peeled and quartered
  • 3
    kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 100
    g
    strawberries, cut in half
  • 100
    g
    red grapes
  • 2
    apples, sliced
  • 1
    granadilla, halved
  • 1
    paw-paw, peeled and quartered
  • 1
    Juice of 1 lemon
  • 45
    ml
    sugar
  • 15
    ml
    Kirsch liqueur
 

Method

1. Gently mix all the fruit together in a bowl.
2. In a pan, bring lemon juice to the boil with sugar and simmer, stirring continuously, until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool, stir in the Kirsch and drizzle over the salad.
3. Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with ice-cream or custard or on its own.
