    g
    strawberries, rinsed and halved
  • 250
    g
    canned apricots, drained
  • 3
    kiwi fruit, skinned and sliced
  • chopped nuts (optional)
  • 250
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 15
    ml
    honey
 

Method

 
Arrange the fruit in a pretty glass bowl or on individual side plates. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Blend the yoghurt and honey and serve separately or pour a little of the mixture over each portion. Serves 4-6.
