Ingredients (10)

500.00 ml water
2.00 cinnamon — stick
10.00 cloves
375.00 ml sugar
125.00 ml rooibos — tea
250.00 ml orange juice
250.00 ml grape juice
250.00 ml lemon juice
1.00 Litres
fruit — in season, diced

Method:

Boil 250 ml of the water with cinnamon and cloves. Pour remaining water into a saucepan and add sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. Mix spiced water with sugar syrup. Add tea, all fruit juices and the ale. Add mixed fruits and refrigerate until needed. Serve in cocktail glasses.
Makes about 2 litres.
