    large orange
  • 2
    bananas
  • 200
    g
    strawberries
  • 1
    orange melon, seeded and cut into wedges
  • 1
    winter melon, seeded and cut into wedges
  • 3
    rounds of feta cheese, halved
  • ORANGE AND HONEY SALAD DRESSING
  • 45
    ml
    fresh orange juice
  • 2
    ml
    balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 2
    ml
    clear honey
  • 15
    ml
    chopped fresh mint
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Cut the unpeeled orange into thick slices. Dip the unpeeled bananas in boiling water. Peel and cut the fruit into thick slices. Rinse the strawberries and pat dry. Arrange all the salad ingredients on a serving platter and chill until needed. Prepare the salad dressing by shaking ail the ingredients together in a screw-top jar. Sprinkle the fruit just before serving. Serves 4-5.
