Ingredients (9)

250.00 ml orange juice — fresh
15.00 ml lemon juice
90.00 ml sugar
30.00 ml rum
15.00 ml ginger — crystallised
1.00 pineapple — small
250.00 g grapes — seedless
500.00 g strawberries
30.00 ml sugar

Method:

Mix orange juice, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in rum and finely chopped crystallised ginger. Cool.
Pour over pineapple (peeled, cored, quartered and sliced) and seedless grapes or other green fruit.
Just before serving, carefully stir in 500 g strawberries, hulled, halved and sprinkled with sugar.
