Fruit compôte with yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    soft dried apricots
  • 200
    ml
    water
  • 200
    ml
    apple juice
  • 2
    sliced bananas
  • 1
    can granadilla pulp
  • 250
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • honey
  • muesli
 

Method

 

Add apricots to a mixture of water and apple juice and bring to boil.
Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool completely.
Add bananas and granadilla pulp.
Spoon into a glass and top with a scoop of yoghurt.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with muesli.
