Ingredients (5)

250.00 g marshmallows — white
410.00 g fruit cocktail — tinned, drained
60.00 ml coconut
60.00 ml pecan nuts — finely chopped
250.00 ml sour cream

Method:

Quarter the marshmallows and arrange in a mixing bowl. Spoon over the fruit cocktail and sprinkle with the coconut and pecan nuts. Pour over the sour cream and chill overnight. Serve with custard, if desired.
Serves 4-6.
