  • 250
    g
    white marshmallows
  • 410
    g
    fruit cocktail, drained
  • 60
    ml
    coconut
  • 60
    ml
    finely chopped pecan nuts
  • 250
    ml
    sour cream
 

Method

 
Quarter the marshmallows and arrange in a mixing bowl. Spoon over the fruit cocktail and sprinkle with the coconut and pecan nuts. Pour over the sour cream and chill overnight. Serve with custard, if desired. Serves 4-6.
