SaladCut the vegetables into small blocks. Mix all ingredients together and serve with a dollop of white chocolate mousse.
Chocolate mousseMelt chocolate in a double boiler. Heat 1/3 cup of cream. Pour heated cream over chocolate and mix well till smooth. Allow the chocolate and cream mixture to cool down to room temperature. Beat the remaining cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate.
