Fruit and nut ricotta pots

    ricotta cheese
  • 60
    ml
    fromage frais or thick cream
  • 50
    g
    chopped hazelnuts, pecans or almonds (optional)
  • 60
    ml
    chopped preserved fruit in syrup or glacé fruit of your choice
  • 30
    ml
    syrup from fruit or honey
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients together. Place in small pots or moulds and chill until needed. Serve with water biscuits, extra glacé or preserved fruit and chilled dessert wine. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 7 245 kJ (1 730 Cal). A portion: 1 810 kJ (435 Cal).
