125.00 ml cream cheese — low-fat
60.00 ml sugar
250.00 ml plain yoghurt — low fat, vanilla
250.00 ml fresh berries
3.00 pears — peeled
2.00 peaches — peeled, wedges
250.00 ml biscuits — bran or oat

Method:

Beat together the cream cheese and 45 ml of the sugar until smooth. Stir in the yoghurt. Mix the fruit with the remaining sugar and set the mixture aside for 5 minutes.

Spoon 30 ml of the cheese mixture into each of 6 glasses. Divide half the fruit and half the biscuit crumbs among the glasses.

Repeat the layers once more. Sprinkle the remaining biscuit crumbs on top, cover and refrigerate until needed.
