  • 400
    g
    frozen berries
  • 250
    ml
    plain low fat yoghurt
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 5
    ml
    honey
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into glasses or bowls and serve immediately.
